Zhejiang Baoye Curtain Wall Decoration Co., Ltd. was founded in 1989 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baoye Group. Research, design, manufacturing, construction and service for building envelopes are carried out within one company.
Baoye Group is a China Top 500 enterprise and a founding member of the US–China Green Fund. Baoye Curtain Wall has a registered capital of RMB 252 million and holds more than ten qualifications, including Grade A for curtain wall engineering design and Class 1 for curtain wall contracting. Its management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Neisen is the company's system window and door brand. Zhejiang Baoye Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures and coats aluminium panels and supplies system window components from the same Shaoxing base. Overseas projects are served through the Hong Kong and Indonesia companies.
Subsidiaries
The institute brings together architecture, mechanical engineering and structural engineering. It has developed system windows and doors, unitized curtain walls, photovoltaic facades and double-skin breathing facades, and holds more than 60 patents, including the glass-fin unitized facade and any-angle installation nodes.
The company co-authored national and industry standards including the test method for thermal cycling and condensation of building curtain walls and the technical code for aluminium alloy exterior windows, and is recognised as a Shaoxing municipal enterprise technology centre and R&D centre.
The plant sits in the Shaoxing Keqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone and combines research, production and showroom functions. It runs unitized curtain wall production lines, a system window processing centre, a steel structure fabrication shop and an automated aluminium panel manufacturing and coating line, with core machinery from Germany and Italy.
Aluminium panel output is 1.5 million m² a year; combined annual capacity for curtain wall, aluminium windows and doors, steel structure and stone cladding is 3.5 million m².

Unitized curtain wall production line, Shaoxing Keqiao
Every system passes design review, factory inspection and physical testing. Full-scale performance mock-ups are tested for air infiltration, static and dynamic water penetration and structural wind load to international standards, and factory quality records are traceable for each panel.
Since the first Luban Prize in 1998, more than ten projects including Beijing Wukesong Arena, Kaifeng Haihui Center and Kunming Sanxia Tower have received China's highest award for construction quality. The company has been listed among China's top 50 curtain wall enterprises every year since 2006.
