Air infiltration, water penetration, wind load and thermal performance are specified per project and verified on full-scale performance mock-ups before fabrication starts. Domestic projects are tested to GB/T 21086; international projects to ASTM E283, E331 and E330 or AAMA 501, as the specification requires.

Structural silicone and toggle-retained glazing, ventilated double-skin facades with cavities for natural ventilation and thermal buffering, and custom geometry with fritted or solar-control glass. Glass-fin unitized facades are a patented company system.
Public building projects
Baoye Group has developed industrialised construction since the 1990s and operates national-level industrialised housing and prefabricated building bases. Its system covers precast concrete components, steel structures and prefabricated interior fit-out, produced in factories and assembled on site.
Within this system, Baoye Curtain Wall supplies the prefabricated envelope: unitized curtain wall panels and factory-glazed window walls produced in Shaoxing to the same module as the structure and hoisted with it, so enclosure follows the structural cycle floor by floor.
